We can customize a short-term mission for your group! If you have at least 6 people you can choose dates and destination!

Identify the destination(s) your group is interested in and contact us to receive a Fact Sheet and a Starting Point Interview.
- Complete and send your Starting Point Interview to STEM Share.
- Discuss your group plans with STEM Share (dates, destination, ministry and other details concerning your outreach).
- Complete and send your Application to STEM Share along with the $20 application fee.
- STEM Share will send you a Sending Partner Packet with details and checklists to assist you and your group in each step of the process. (Your church/organization is the Sending Partner.)
- Send your Team Deposit of $500 to book your team with STEM Share. (The deposit is returned when all deadlines are met.)
- Recruit your team (minimum of 6).
- Send Team Member’s Applications along with their $20 application fee.
- Team Manuals and other training materials are sent to you for the team — including tips on how to raise funds.
- Send funds for your team’s Airfare and Team Fee
- Discuss options and travel arrangements for your Team Training Meeting.
- Meet your team and team leader at the Team Training Meeting and begin training and bonding for an amazing short-term mission.
Note: The STEM Share application process is different than the STEM Ministries process.
