Short-Term Mission Leaders’ Conference April 22–24, 2010

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting or advertising at the 2010 Short-Term Mission Leaders’ Conference! STMLC Exhibitors and Advertisers are a vital resource for conference attendees, and we appreciate your role in providing opportunities, information, products, resources, and services to those who attend.

Advertising Opportunities 2010

2010 Conference Notebook Sponsor: If you’re interested in maximum exposure within a large, qualified audience, you’ll want to consider becoming the (one) official sponsor of the STMLC 2010 Conference Notebook. Please contact Conference Coordinator Ryan Schlangen or call him at 952-996-1385. Your $1,200 sponsorship entitles you to place your 1-sided, full-page color ad on the high-visibility back cover of the Conference Notebook; receive special live daily promotion before the entire group during the conference; receive a complimentary exhibit table at the conference; and receive a complimentary hotlink to your website. (Register and pay for your exhibit table online; then when you confirm with STEM that your organization will be the official conference notebook sponsor, we’ll deduct the $175 exhibitor’s table fee from your $1,200 sponsorship, for net due of $1,025; that amount is due separately within 30 days of confirmation.)
Conference Notebook Display Ads: Conference Notebook inside ad space (8.5" x 11") is also available at $100 per ad. We'll duplicate your 1-sided B&W ad; or you supply 200 copies of your own 1-sided (or 2-sided at no extra cost) full-color ad (8.5" x 11") for the same $100 per ad). Please contact Conference Coordinator Ryan Schlangen or call Ryan at 952-996-1385. Your ad material and $100 payment is due no later than Friday, April 2, 2010.
Meal Sponsorships: Sponsor one or more conference meals or snacks (our thanks for your sponsorship will be printed next to that meal in the Conference Notebook schedule, along with a special live thank you with brief promo prior to the meal or snack; and a complimentary hotlink here to your website). Exhibitor Details

Exhibitors must register online as attendees and pay a $175 exhibitor fee.
The conference mailing list may not be used for your commercial purposes.
Exhibitor space is limited, so register early (previous years have sold out completely)
Please feel free to bring give-aways! Attendees will be encouraged to sign up at your exhibitor table for your give-away(s) drawing held Saturday afternoon.

Exhibit set-up schedule 2010

4:00pm Thurs Apr 22: Exhibitor set up in Bethany Church (on the campus of Bethany International) is between 4:00pm and 5:30 pm on Thursday, April 22. We ask that you be ready by 5:30pm, because early-arriving attendees will already be perusing booths before the 6:00pm STMLC registration begins (Conference begins at 7:00pm). You will also need to check in at the registration table along with all other Conference attendees.

Exhibit Tables

Each Exhibitor will have one 6’ table (pre-assigned at STEM/Bethany’s discretion). When you arrive at Bethany Church, look for a label identifying your table. Some electrical outlets are available; please let us know if you require an outlet.

Cost for each Exhibit Table: $175 (all Exhibitors must also be registered and paid Conference attendees).

If you need to mail items to the Conference, please mail packages to the STEM Int’l address below. Try to have your packages arrive at the STEM office between April 12 and April 16 (Or, you may prefer to have your packages mailed to the hotel where you’ll stay.)

Conference Hotel

You must make your own overnight housing arrangements. Although you may choose to stay anywhere convenient for you, the conference hotel is The Country Inn and Suites Bloomington West. The Country Inn and Suites provides a complimentary shuttle each day to and from the conference (shuttle schedule available at the hotel). Rooms do sell out, so make reservations early. The Country Inn and Suites also runs a complimentary airport shuttle.

You must specify the promotional code “STEM2” in order to receive the negotiated room rate of $89 per night plus tax at The Country Inn and Suites.
